Step Two - Planning Guide

Welcome to step two of the planning process! If your initial date request is approved, you may begin step two.  This planning guide includes the logistic details necessary for you to plan an effective ministry event.  Download it today and begin working through the process. Your event advisor will be available to answer any questions you have as you walk through the process. 

Once you have completed the first half of the guide, you will meet with your event advisor to review the plan before the event is announced or published. Once approved, your assigned staff member will assist you with the media requests and establishing registration.
